Transformational Leadership Development

E4LEADERS INTERNATIONAL (E4) exists for the sake of developing transformational leaders throughout the Middle East, Asia, and Northern Africa—especially in conflict-affected nations. Transformational leaders shall be defined as leaders, who exemplify and motivate others to:

  1. Act on the shared and best interest of all—modeling a way of being that invites others to participate.
  2. Act in ways consistent with the highest moral and ethical standards, whether in private or public view.
  3. Act in ways together that achieve more than originally believed possible—to shift from surviving to thriving.

E4 will seek to develop transformational leaders through training, coaching, and other methods that support the transformational journey.

We ENGAGE advanced and emerging leaders, by providing a training and coaching environment, which invites new ways of viewing challenges and perceived limitations.
We ENCOURAGE leaders in conflict-affected regions by building strategic partnerships, connecting leaders with like-hearted leaders, and building bridges between people and cultures through relation-based initiatives.
We EMPOWER leaders to carry out the unique contribution they have to bring within their spheres of influence. We come along side national leaders to assist them in achieving their mandates and fulfilling their vision.
We EQUIP front-line leaders through professional and highly interactive training, which takes place in various settings such as workshops, seminars, retreats, and one-on-one or group coaching.

 

E4LEADERS is also committed to equipping national trainers to facilitate the transformational leadership development program in their own local languages. Individuals completing the Transformational Leadership Academy may then be selected to join the E4LEADERS team of trainers, working with leaders across government, business, and civil sectors.
