Due to the challenges facing leaders in conflict-affected nations, E4LEADERS engages frontline leaders as they seek to bring crisis relief and work to create long-term solutions. These humanitarian endeavors serve to support the fundamental needs of local communities by various ways, such as providing emergency or disaster relief (food, shelter, clothing, and clean water), supporting primary education programs, seeding into micro-enterprise ventures, and coming alongside community development projects.
E4LEADERS seeks to encourage these leaders through onsite visits and by serving as a liaison to connect national leaders with others, who may able to partner with them by providing financial or human resources.
Consider going or sending a team. Opportunities abound for individuals or groups to work with national leaders and local teams as they assist Syrian and Iraqi refugees/IDP’s. E4LEADERS serves as a liaison to connect those desiring to volunteer with the right placement, where the following opportunities exist:
-
- Medical/Dental/Ophthalmological Doctors or Assistants
- Trauma care
- Education (with or without teaching certification)
- Children’s programs
- Relief distribution
- Other areas of specialization
